Tsera sues Apple over touch tech

Tsera may not be a multinational corporation like Apple with revenues in the billions, but that’s not stopped it from taking the Cupertino company to court, claiming it swiped its control technology for the iPod. Not only have Steve Jobs and co allegedly been pilfering, but Microsoft, iRiver and a whole host of competitors. Sony Walkman to go touchscreen in under a month

We’ve seen a couple of MP3 players to threaten the iPod’s crown this week: first the Nano-annihilating iriver E50, then the Cowon S9, but we’ve just got word of the most serious contender yet.
