Last month we heard that Orange would be launching the long-awaited LG Watch Phone in August, and that’s proved to be the case – at least in France, where the wrist-mounted timepiece talker has just hit the shelves. And there’s good news – it costs slightly less than predicted.

One of the highlights of this year’s CES was LG’s GD910, a wristwatch containing a 3G mobile phone complete with mini touchscreen. The good news is that it’s due out this year – but the sting in the tale is that it looks set to give your bank account a good thrashing.
