Tsera may not be a multinational corporation like Apple with revenues in the billions, but that’s not stopped it from taking the Cupertino company to court, claiming it swiped its control technology for the iPod. Not only have Steve Jobs and co allegedly been pilfering, but Microsoft, iRiver and a whole host of competitors. It’s a battle of David versus several Goliaths, but is it all destined to end in tears?
