LG LF7700 TVs get Freesat

Panasonic isn’t the only TV company getting the Freesat action. LG has just announced the LF7700 range of HDTVs will also be boasting the subscription-free HD Freeview service.

The LG LF770 range of 1080p televisions, aside from offering the Freesat service, will come in 32, 37, 42 and 47-inch flavours. Each set will have an ethernet port, no less than four HDMI ports, 24p Real Cinema, Intelligent Sensor II tech (which cleverly adjusts the brightness depending on the lighting in the room), plus an ‘invisible speaker” created by audio specialist Mark Levinson. Sounds impressive. But the two higher-end models also boast the TruMotion 100Hz refresh rate.

LG is currently keeping quiet on the price of the LF7700 range, but we’ve seen the 32-inch model on sale for £576, and the 47-inch beast with a price tag of £1,149. Not bad prices considering you get Freesat included in that!
