Rock Band 2 coming soon for Wii and PS3

Rock Band 2If you’re a PS3, PS2 or Wii owner and have been waiting in the wings while Xbox 360 users hog all the Rock Band 2 fun, prepare for some good news – the makers of the guitar-shredding, drum-pounding music game have revealed that it is coming to all three remaining consoles in the next couple of months.

Harmonix stated that PS2 and PS3 versions of Rock Band 2 will hit the UK on 23rd March, priced at £29.99 and £49.99 respectively. Wii owners will have a little longer to wait – it’ll hit Nintendo’s console on 20th April, at £39.99.

There will also be Rock Band 2 guitars and drums available separately for £39.99 and £49.99 respectively, or bundled together with a microphone (£89.99). If you want to buy the game AND all the instruments together, it’ll cost you £119.99 for the Xbox 360 and PS3 editions, or £109.99 for Wii and PS2.

As always, shopping around will probably knock a good few quid off these prices.
