Universal movies come to Xbox 360 rental service
February 26, 2009 by Insider Staff
The Xbox 360’s movie download service has just been given a sizeable shot in the arm courtesy of NBC Universal. The media giant has made 30 movies available for rental via Xbox 360 in the UK.
That means 360 users can now grab the likes of Scarface in standard definition or HD, priced at 250 and 380 Microsoft Points respectively. That’s £2.10 and £3.20 in real money. Newer movies like Shaun of the Dead will set you back a little extra (360 MSP/£3.00 and 540 MSP/£4.50).
The list of Universal movies should be expanded in coming weeks.
