Toshiba TG01’s got talent

Thankfully, there’s no Piers Morgan to present the Toshiba TG01. Unveiled yesterday, the Toshiba TG01, is undoubtedly a top mobile phone, and we can’t wait to get our mitts on it when it’s released this summer. But what can it do? Well, here is a run-down of its top talents…
Dream screen
Forget the iPhone 3G and HTC Touch HD’s puny screens, the Toshiba TG01 has a a whopping 4-1inch, WVGA touchscreen. What’s more Toshiba has used the same tech it uses for its REGZA tellies. nice.
Slim, slimmer
Thought the iPhone was slim? Well, Apple’s mobie will look like Geri Halliwell standing next to Tosh’s Victoria Beckham. It measures just 9.9mm thin! It doesn’t get much slimmer than that!
Look into my Windows…
The TG01 runs Windows Mobile, that’s been altered slightly by Toshiba, boasting a neat 3D interface to make it more user-friendly. We would point out though, that Toshiba is actually part of Google’s Open Handset Alliance, and we all know what that means. Androids! Maybe we’ll be seeing and Android version in the future? Hmm?
Processor power
The TG01 runs our favourite named processor of all time: the 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon. That bad boy will mean its super-speedy, with Toshiba claiming that it will “revolutionise mobile entertainment”.
We’ll have to wait until the summer to see if these claims are true.
