Boston Acoustic iDS3 iPod dock to rock our world!

Boston Acoustic’s iDS3 iPod dock is notable for a few reasons. Aside from the fact that it’s made by a company that’s taken the name of a successful 80’s classic rock band, it’s also rocking a cool wireless subwoofer.

We say cool, but it actually reminds us a little of those plastic stools you get in IKEA for kids. Anyway, we digress. We’ve got more than a feeling that this iPod dock is going to be a success. First off, it has that wireless subwoofer that you can hide wherever you want, giving you peace of mind that there won’t be any unsightly wires. Secondly, it packs in 9cm woofers and 13cm tweeters for some pretty awesome sound, backed up by the 100W of higher power to ensure your soft rock sessions are as awesome as they should be.

Boston has said that it’ll hit the stores in March, although there’s no word on price as of yet. One thing’s for sure we look set to love this iPod dock, long time.
