How to turn your iPod touch into a desktop diva

The iPod touch boasts extremely good quality sound, but you won’t hear it through crummy speaker docks. And, the last thing you want to do with this musical diva is keep it stuffed inside your pocket.

Follow our tips and get your iPod’s volume pumping. You won’t be able to keep your hands off it!

Step 1: Go vintage
The Fatman iTube might look old fashioned, but its vintage valve technology still gives one of the richest and warmest sounds around. It looks unlike any other iPod dock around too, so there’ll be no mistaking you’re a music fan who’s serious about their sound.

Step 2: Go loud

Step 3: Go big

Must have accessories

Universal dock – If you’ve already got a stereo then a universal iPod dock is for you. There are plenty to pick from, and they’ll allow your MP3 player to connect to a standard stereo’s auxiliary input. Most come with a remote control too.
