JVC unveil super-slim LED TV

June 25, 2009 by Insider Staff

JVC LT-32WX50The JVC LT-32WX50 television looks like it’s gone through an extra-hot cycle in the washing machine, because the 32-inch telly has had its waist shrunk to a wafer-thin 7mm!

Unveiled at this year’s CEDIA expo JVC’s LT-32WX50 is one of the thinnest tellies we’ve ever seen. Its 7mm width would make it accident prone to drains if it wasn’t for its glorious 32-inch screen. It’s certainly not what you’d call heavy either, weighing a comparatively feather-lite 5kg.

The 4,000:1 contrast ratio picture means images are as clear as any displaying in full 1080p high definition. It also has has two HDMI inputs, a PC input and handy slots for an SD card and USB stick for photo viewing and more.

The painfully thin JVC LT-32WX50 telly is expected to cost around £1,900 when it launches in the UK around October/November time. Keep your eyes peeled for it!
