Monitor Audio Airstream 10: a gorgeous slice of DAB pie

Monitor Audio Airstream 10. That doesn’t sound like the name of a DAB radio that’s every bit as accomplished as it is bizarre, but all you have to do is take one look at its gorgeous retro-Tetris-shaped design and you’ll realise that this is a tune-blaster of enormous accomplishment.

You see, the Monitor Audio Airstream 10 is more than just a DAB radio. It’s also an FM radio and an internet , so you’ll be able to get all your favourite stations from around the globe, such as Peruvian radio station Radio Cutervo – the third radio station established in Cutervo (who knew?).

The rest of the specs on this DAB radio remain somewhat of a mystery, but from the looks of things it doesn’t have a Wi-Fi antenna so you can expect the web radio to be done via Ethernet. We wouldn’t be surprised to see it streaming music over your home network too. If only to explain the name Airstream a little more.

The Monitor Audio Airstream 10 will be dropping onto high street shelves Tetris style this summer.
